SP2026 Practice Performance System
Begin every session with this (~10 min).
This should follow the dynamic activation (~10 min).
Place activities that require maximum coordination, speed, and brain–body connection early (like speed work, technical skill work), and activities that tolerate fatigue later in the session (like small sided games, scrimmages).
If time constrained do just 1 set of each movement.
Suggestion is early in the week (M or Tu practice) farthest away from next game.
Coaches can integrate this into warmup after dynamic activation (~10 min) (and it would be sequenced after speed if choosing to stack all 3).
If time constrained pick 2-3 movements.
Or, players can do it at home.
Suggestion is mid-week (W or Th practice).
