Are you a LOCAL team located near one of The Athlete Lab locations?
The Athlete Lab has dedicated time slots reserved for team training sessions. Your athletes will receive:
Strength & speed training with age-appropriate progressions
Team camaraderie, fun, and healthy competitiveness
Collaboration with you (sport org) on competition / sport calendar and micro-periodization needs
Our training approach is grounded in the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, ensuring athletes are developing the right skills at the right stage. We are consulting with LTAD architect Richard Way to refine programming across stages:
Learn to Train (under 12) – Building a strong foundation of movement skills.
Train to Train (~12-15) – Developing athletic capacity and efficiency.
Train to Compete (16+) – Fine-tuning performance for high-level competition.
