REMOTE TRAINING

You’re an athlete ready to get intentional.
You want to build a 365/24 plan, so you’re not guessing each week or restarting each season.

Fill the form below and you will receive a phone call back to chat how to get instant access to our connected system.

The Athlete Lab 365–24 system doesn't require a specific zip code. It requires commitment.

WHO IT'S FOR:  Driven high school and college athletes who want performance-level coaching without being limited by location.

WHAT YOU GET:  Remote athletes get the same connected coaching system as our in person members - individualized strength and speed programming, nutrition and recovery coaching, and daily mental performance tools - delivered through the app, wherever they train.

WHERE YOU TRAIN:  Your school gym, home gym, club facility, or wherever you have access to equipment.

Why Remote Training Works - When the System Is Right

Most online training programs fail athletes because they're generic. A PDF. A template. No accountability and no connection to the actual season the athlete is living.

The Athlete Lab remote model is different because the system is built for it. We deliver individualized, periodized strength and speed programming that updates with the season (off, in , pre season). You also get daily content nudges - nutrition, recovery, mindset - on the athlete's phone each week. Coach check-ins keep the plan connected to what's actually happening in the athlete's sport life.

The result: athletes who are developing and growing on a Tuesday night after practice in Boise, Dallas, Portland, or anywhere - not waiting for the next gym session.

The Remote 365–24 System

Strength + Speed Programming

Every remote Athlete Lab athlete receives individualized programming via the app. Strength, speed, power, and movement work — built around their sport, their season phase, and their available equipment.

→  Individualized - not a template. Built around the athlete's assessment, sport, and schedule.

→  Season-calibrated - off-season, pre-season, in-season, and return-to-play phases. The “365” side of the system.

→  Equipment-flexible - designed for school gyms, home setups, or commercial facilities.

→  Coach-connected - Athlete Lab coaches see data and adjust programming accordingly.

Nutrition, Recovery + Mental Performance

The app nudges are the "24" side of the system - the daily habit layer that determines whether training sticks.

→  Mental performance: daily check-in challenges, dealing with pressure tools, and Zak Taylor's mindset framework.

→  Nutrition: Registered Dietician-backed fueling guidance from Teresa and Jamie - practical, season-specific, not a food diary.

→  Recovery: protocols, sleep guidance, and athlete care education from Colleen Little (Doctor of Physical Therapy at Nike Swoosh Track Club).

→  Push notifications: daily accountability that travels wherever the athlete goes.

Coach Check-ins

Remote athletes aren't left alone with an app. Athlete Lab coaches conduct regular check-ins - phone or message - to review progress, adjust programming, and keep the athlete connected to the full system. This is what separates a coaching relationship from a subscription.
