DON’T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT
“The Athlete Lab feels like training reserved for pros - laser focused coaching, and programs built exactly for where my son is in his development.”
-Parent of a college baseball player
“Before joining The Athlete Lab, we had been patch working support from multiple experts - strength coach, mindset coach somewhere else, a nutritionist on the other side of town, and a PT elsewhere. The coaching ecosystem at The Athlete Lab all in one spot is not only convenient but provides peace of mind that we are being guided by a team of experts who see the big picture for my highschooler athlete’s development.”
-Parent of a high school lax / hockey player
“At The Athlete Lab our daughter isn’t just another kid in a big group - the coaches actually know her, her stage and her goals. The fully guided program is tailored to her development which is why she’s thriving.”
-Parent of a high school soccer player
“I’m learning to fuel with intention - not skip meals and crash. I’m finally eating in a way that supports my training volume.”
- High school hockey player
Why DFW Athletes Need This
The DFW youth sports market is one of the most competitive in the country. Keller ISD, Southlake Carroll, Byron Nelson - athletes are competing at a high level. Most are still training without a connected development system.
Strength work, nutrition, recovery, and mental performance are happening in isolation - or not at all. The Athlete Lab connects them into one coaching system built around the athlete's actual season.
The result: athletes who are more available to compete, more consistent under pressure, and who compound their development year over year instead of resetting each season.
The 365–24 Athlete System - Dallas Fort Worth
365 - Season-calibrated training. Off-season power development. Pre-season sport transfer. In-season durability. Return-to-play rebuilds. Training never stops - it changes dosage.
24 - Daily habits nudged to you via the app. Nutrition tactics. Recovery protocols. Mindset tools. The hours outside the gym determine whether training sticks.
