Reserved gym for athletes ages 11 or younger only
For young athletes wanting to begin or build on their strength, speed, and injury prevention journey
Designed with a focus on fun, friendship and confidence in the gym

Punchcard valid for 90 day period (example Oct-Dec)
The Athlete Lab’s training approach is grounded in the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model, ensuring athletes are developing the right skills at the right stage. To make our programs even more impactful, we are consulting with LTAD architect Richard Way, to refine our programming for the athletes in our community.
