Introduction to Mental Performance

$20.00

Mental performance is a trainable skill, not a personality trait. Coach Zak shares his own experience as a high-level college athlete who struggled with anxiety and inconsistency despite strong physical ability. His message is clear: many athletes don’t fail because of talent or effort — they struggle because they haven’t learned how to manage their mind under pressure.

This episode sets the foundation for the entire Mental Performance series by reframing mental training as something that deserves the same attention as strength, speed, or sport skills.

Perfect for any athlete new to mental training and ready to unlock the power of intentional focus.

Delivered as a:
- 22 min coaching video
- 10 page downloadable, printable companion workbook
