Can be done at home with no to minimal equipment.

Protocol designed by Colleen Little (Athlete Lab Coach) PT, DPT, OCS - she is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and the team physical therapist, strength coach and medical coordinator for the Nike Swoosh Track Club. She’s worked with 11 Olympians, 2 Olympic Silver Medalists, and multiple national record holders. Prior, she was the clinic director for a physical therapy and wellness clinic at the Nike World Headquarters. Her athletic background began as a soccer player - she played at the University of Portland and was a 2 x Division I National Champion. Later as a competitive runner she won the Portland Marathon and the Kauai Marathon.
