How to Get Started with The Athlete Lab

Getting started at The Athlete Lab is straightforward. The system does the work - you just have to show up.

Every athlete who joins The Athlete Lab begins with a movement assessment. This isn't a fitness test. It's a conversation and an evaluation - we learn your sport, your season phase, your training history, and where the gaps are. From there, we build an individualized path. No two athletes get the same program because no two athletes are the same.

From the assessment, you're placed in the right program tier:

Compete Athlete - for competitive athletes ready to train with intention across strength, speed, nutrition, recovery, and mental performance.

Young Athlete - typically for athletes under 12 building the athletic foundation that everything else gets built on.

Teams - for club and school programs looking to develop their entire roster under one connected system.

Once you're in, you receive individualized programming and daily habit nudges - nutrition, recovery, mental performance - in person and through the app. The system runs 365 days a year and supports the 24 hours in every day. That's why we call it the 365–24 Athlete System.

In-person athletes train with small groups under direct coaching - high accountability, high energy, and a coaching staff that knows your name and your goals.

Remote athletes get the same system delivered straight to your pocket via your phone - programming updated each season phase, and regular coach check-ins to keep the plan connected to real life.

We have two locations. Caldwell, Idaho at 1216 Aviation Way inside Sawtooth Sports - serving athletes across the Treasure Valley. North Fort Worth, Texas at 13053 Harmon Rd #1011.
